TERMS OF PAYMENT

ON APPROVAL OF CREDIT ONLY, terms of payment of Nu-Tone is NET 30 days, following the date of invoicing. Afterwards, an interest charge of 1.75% per month will be added.

Visa/Master Card and AMEX are accepted under certain conditions.

SHIPPING TERMS

Handling fees of $7.99 will be charged to all orders under $300.00 when shipped in Quebec and Ontario.

Shipping to other provinces will be done via ICS Mail for the cost of $9.75.

Remote delivery fees can be charged.

All orders under $30.00 will incur handling fees of $2.50.

RETURNED GOODS

Fill out the “Return Rorm” and fax it to 1-877-968-8663. We will fax you back a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (#A.R.). CLEARLY write your A.R. number on your return package and send everything to our warehouse. Please note we will pay the shipping fees if the product is defective or if there was an administrative error.
